Currently, we only offer shipping services within the United States.

Note: International shipping to other countries or regions is currently unavailable. We appreciate your understanding as we look to expand our coverage in the future.

2. Order Processing & Confirmation

Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after successful checkout.

Order Verification: Any orders requiring additional authorization or security verification will be flagged in your confirmation email.

Automated Fulfillment: Once verified, orders immediately enter our automated fulfillment system to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed, though we will do our best to prioritize your request if contacted immediately.

3. Cancellation Policy

Pre-Shipment: If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team within 1–2 business days before the order is dispatched.

Post-Shipment: Cancellations are unavailable once an order has shipped. Please wait for the package to be delivered, and then contact us to initiate a standard return.

4. Important Shipping Restrictions (No PO Boxes)

Sending packages to PO Boxes significantly increases the risk of delayed or lost shipments. We cannot assume responsibility or financial liability for lost incidents resulting from PO Box delivery requests.
